On earthやin the world をthe hell の代わりに入れても同じ表現になります。the hellは地獄ですからより砕けた表現になっています。on earthは学校で習った記憶がありますがthe hellはアメリカに行くまで知りませんでした。スラングなんでしょう。でも、the hellを聴くことのほうが多かったです。
